New car showroom and refurbished after-sales service centre to offer the ultimate in customer service satisfaction
BMW Group Middle East has appointed Abu Khader Automotive - Palestine Motors Company, a subsidiary of Abu Khader Group, as its new importer for BMW in the Palestinian Territories.
With more than 70 years of automotive experience, and a well-established and respected reputation in Jordan and in the Palestinian Territories where it represents some other automotive brands; Abu Khader Automotive has strong credentials to heighten the premium and world-class experience to all BMW customers. The company has announced the opening of a new facility in Ramallah – an all-new showroom for new car sales and a refurbished service centre to cover car maintenance and after-sales requirements, which also includes BMW Fast Lane Service, a concept designed to cater for quick servicing requirements of all BMW models within a two-hour period.
Under the leadership of Abu Khader Automotive, the BMW importer in Jordan since 2010 where they have been responsible for developing the BMW brand in all areas of our business, the after sales customer survey results have scored the highest amongst all BMW Group importers in the Middle East. As a result, their strong credentials will heighten the BMW brand experience for customer’s in the Palestinian Territories region from the moment they purchase a BMW vehicle.
