In cooperation with General Motors, the Leading Vehicles Company has recently completed their new Chevrolet I Care program training session. The training aimed at introducing the new comprehensive set of retail and aftersales services which include the 3 years of regional warranty, 4 years of regional road assistance, 1 hour vehicle service completion and 2 days maximum for the service booking.
Besides skills, the training program included remarks on ethical consideration and integrity towards customers. That translated into practical measures including an incident in which one the service centre employees Mr. Mahmoud Al Far has discovered a personal parcel with a considerable amount of money in a client’s car and returned to its owner un jeopardized.
Commenting on the training and the incident, Mr Taher Al Husseini – the Leading Vehicles Company General Manager has offered “Abu Khader Automotive always puts its staff development needs ahead, provide them with the vital up-to-date trainings to best foster their technical skills, knowledge and learning experience”.
