The General Motors exclusive dealer for Jordan confirms its commitment to present every customer with the best aftersales experience.

Under the patronage of his Excellency Mr. Akel Baltagi, and in the presence of GM Middle East and North Africa President, Mr. Mario A. Spangenberg as well as CEO of Abu Khader Automotive, Mr. George Abu Khader, Leading Vehicle Company invited a number of media representatives and VIPs to conduct an exclusive tour of its state of the art all-new service center after its inauguration in Bayader Wadi Al Seer, Amman.

The exclusive General Motors brands’ distributor gave VIP guests and journalists the chance to be the first to have in-depth look on the all new world class service center, equipped with state of the art technology and tooling. Guests were also able to join with Leading Vehicles Company management team, The Customer Care and Aftersales team, as well as the GM- Certified technical and support personnel and witness their commitment to customer care excellence.

The all-new Abu Khader- General Motors service center includes more than 50 technical bays that covers mechanical and electrical diagnosis and repair, body repair and paint, all manned by a dedicated and highly qualified team of technicians and engineers. The maintenance process is subject to the highest and most stringent quality standards that assure the best level of service possible for each vehicle and customer.

The all-new service center is also equipped with state of the art customer waiting lounges equipped with the latest in comfort and technology, which allow each customer to follow up with each step of the service process in complete comfort. The lounge facilities offer each customer with an individual level of service that has been designed to maximize convenience and comfort.

The all new facility also includes a number of dedicated training rooms that are equipped to provide the latest up to date training to the service and technical personnel, which allows them to maintain their proficiencies as the technologies and procedures evolve. This allows the entirety of the service teams to offer customers with the best ownership experience at all touch points and all brands respectively.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Taher Al Husseini, General Manager at Leading Vehicles Company stated: “General Motors is renowned for its innovation and advanced technology, and as such it is imperative that the service departments and spare parts division reflect that same level of sophistication.
